Stroke Recovery

A process of rebuilding your relationship with yourself after a stroke.

Life can change in an instant.

After a stroke, recovery becomes about much more than regaining physical abilities.

It can change the way you relate to your body, your independence, your emotions, and your sense of identity. As you adapt to a new way of living, questions often arise that no physical therapy alone can answer.

This program was created as a space to explore those questions, develop practical strategies for everyday life, and rebuild a relationship with yourself through awareness, resilience, and understanding.

Recovery Is More Than Physical

Rebuilding Identity

Explore how your experience has reshaped the way you see yourself and learn to build a new relationship with the person you are becoming.

Adapting With Awareness

Develop practical ways of navigating everyday challenges while cultivating presence, resilience, and confidence.

Creating a New Story

Meet your Teacher

A path that has already been walked is easier to follow than one that must be created.

My name is Montse, and after experiencing a stroke at the age of eleven, I spent years rebuilding my body. Over time, I realized the greatest challenge wasn't simply learning to walk again; it was learning how to relate to a completely new version of myself.

This program grew from the moment one question changed my perspective:

From "Why me?" to "What for?"

By bringing together my lived experience and years of studying neuroplasticity, human development, emotional resilience, and contemplative practices, I created this program to offer the kind of guidance I wish had existed during my own recovery, one that supports not only physical rehabilitation but also the process of rebuilding your relationship with yourself.
